How To Prepare
- Place the noodles in a bowl.
- Pour over boiling water or hot stock and leave to stand for 3–4 minutes.
- Drain and rinse if desired.
- Use as a side dish, in soups, salads or with stir-fried vegetables or meat.

Chinese-Style Egg-Free Noodles with Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 2 blocks of instant noodles
- 1/2 green bell pepper, deseeded
- 1/2 red bell pepper, deseeded
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly chopped ginger
- 30 g of shrimp
- 1 tablespoon of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method:
- Prepare the noodles according to the instructions.
- Slice the peppers into thin strips.
- Heat oil in a pan or wok, sauté the garlic, ginger and peppers, add the shrimp and splash with white wine.
- Add the noodles and soy sauce.
- Toss everything together in the wok and serve immediately.
