Powdered seasoning preparation 11.5%: sugar, salt, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5′-ribonucleotides), spice blend 6.6% (ground chilli 2.2%, ground ginger 2%, chive flakes 1.2%, ground turmeric, ground coriander leaves 0.5%), roasted vegetable blend (garlic, onion), acidity regulators (malic acid, citric acid), colour: paprika extract, lime juice powder 2.6% (glucose syrup, lime juice concentrate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), shrimp powder 2.6%, fermented soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, maltodextrin, salt), flavouring, fish sauce (anchovies, salt, sugar), caramelised sugar, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, ground kaffir lime leaves 0.3%, lemongrass oil 0.1%.
