How To Prepare

  • Place the noodles and the contents of the sachet into a bowl.
  • Pour over 360 ml of hot water.

Powdered seasoning preparation 25%: dried milk, sugar, salt, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5′-ribonucleotides), fructose, coconut milk 7%, roasted vegetable blend (onion, garlic), spice blend 3.6% (ground ginger 1%, ground chilli 0.7%, chilli flakes 0.7%, chive flakes 0.6%, coriander leaves 0.6%), flavourings (contains gluten), thickeners (carboxymethylcellulose, xanthan gum), natural flavouring, fermented soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, maltodextrin, salt), lime juice powder 2% (glucose syrup, lime juice concentrate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), lemon juice powder (lemon juice, maltodextrin), fish sauce [anchovies, salt, sugar, water], chicken fat (chicken fat, antioxidant: rosemary extract), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, acidity regulator: malic acid, ground kaffir lime leaves 0.3%, lemongrass oil 0.1%.
